When circumstances arise where you may need to return an item or have received a faulty item, we aim to make the process as quick and easy as possible. It’s important to note that we cannot always offer an instant replacement and delays may occur should we need to ask for assistance from manufacturers. Please be patient, we will do all that we can to ensure a smooth process.
When to return a product?
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or credit when an item purchased fails to meet one of our consumer guarantees:
- Is faulty or of unacceptable quality
- Does not match the description
- Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Please notify us as soon as possible should you feel an item is faulty so that we can discuss it with you.

Once received, The item will be checked over for eligibility and you will be notified via email.
Please allow 3 days once an item is received by us as we may be contacting our manufacturers for assistance.
How long until I receive my order?
Shipping times may vary in length and you may receive parts of your order at a time. This is because our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers warehouses. However, we guarantee our items will arrive to you within 60 days. If you have not received your item after 60 days, please notify us for assistance.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. The time in which these funds become available may differ by payment providers.
