This place is amazing! Like what you would expect from a great spa service, Lydia learns about her furclients and caters to their needs and preferences so I think they really appreciate what she does with them. She also gives the furparents helpful hints and tips. I love the snapshots and quick clips of how the girls are going with their treatment, too! Plus, the products she uses are natural and organic which are what you would want on your own skin. If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to go. ♥️

First time at Organix last week for our very sensitive and very anxious pup and couldn’t be happier! Having moved to the area only very recently, I was super worried about finding a new groomer. My dog has super sensitive skin and allergies generally flare up every time he gets a groom - so happy to say that he was totally fine after visiting Organix! He smelt amazing and was super soft after a mud bath - also came back very happy and not as stressed as he usually is after a groom. Will definitely be a regular here - thank you!

I was introduced to Lydia from Organix dog spa by a friend of a friend. Lydia was very knowledgeable and approachable when working with me and my puppy Charlie. Definitely recommending this place!

I was nervous to have my border collie Marshmallow professionally groomed for the first time but Lydia made it all the worth while of me travelling quite far as well!! She shared updates and videos as well to let me know how it was going which was helpful so I wouldn’t worry and I can’t thank her enough for that. Even picking my dog up she took the time to run through everything that happened and how to help work on her fear of the shower. Thank you Lydia!! It was truly the BEST custom grooming experience. Mish has gotten so many compliments already after her groom and I’ll definitely be rebooking an appointment with Lydia.
